Terms of Use of Holiday Accommodation

Rates, referred to the single housing unit, include:

Use of the 2 outdoor swimming pools open from April 15th to October 15th (one 15×7.50 m and one about 100 m2 wide, with a children area, water games, Jacuzzi and mushroom-waterfall).

Extra person on sofa bed: € 60.00 surcharge per week
Second extra person: € 30.00 per week (the sofa bed is 120×190 large)
Cradle for 0-3 year old babies: € 35.00 per week
Heating and air conditioning: € 35.00 per week
Extra cleaning and linen change on demand: € 30.00
Only bed and bath linen change: € 15.00
Only bath linen change: € 10.00
Coin-operated Washing-Machine and tumble dryer: € 4,00 for each washing (every day from 8.00 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
At guests’ disposal ironing board and iron
Pets of little size are accepted free of charge. A security deposit of 100,00 € is required to cover any damage pets might cause

» Breakfast at the Hotel: €10.00 for adults, € 5.00 for children under 5 years.
» Half board option on demand to be paid at the Hotel (only for dinner).
» Entrance to the Beauty Farm € 21,00 (for children 12 years old only). Booking on-site of beauty treatments and massages.

Rental Terms and Conditions

» Check-in / Chek-out: Our apartments may be occupied from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. of your leaving day, clean and tidy. On the contrary, you will pay € 50.00 surcharge.

» Payment before Check-in: to delivery of the apartment.

» Guarantee : Two and Four-room Apartments: € 200.00 compulsory cash payment (no credit card). Cauzione di 100 € aggiuntiva, in presenza di animali, per eventuali danni ad arredo, mobilio, tessuti. Guarantee will be paid before check-in and entirely returned at the end of your stay, after checking our apartment equipment. Any damage will be deducted from your guarantee.
